WHO I AM
My grandma left this earth December 2024 at the young age of 101.
She laid an incredible foundation in my life. So much of my journey has been interwoven with her in the mix. Family is a cornerstone. And the ethics and truths of the Greatest Generation must continue with those of us who carry her legacy. My family, with Grandma at the helm, has helped make me who I am. Who am I as Amy J Hawkins? Business owner, millennial, passionate Christian, proud American, and eager citizen?
I'm compelled by a passion, driven by a hope, and inspired by a dream. At times I feel alone in a cavern, unaware that others are feeling drawn by the same pull. Communication is my song, words are my rhythm, and smiling is my signal. I love my nation, am committed to my family, and I'm driven to live for excellence. I don't look like everyone else. I don't fit the normal standard and I don't ever want to do so (not out of a heart of rebellion but as a Pioneer wanting to tread a different path and lead a different way). I like looking for the positive, I think the power of perception is one of the most overlooked skills today, and I know that I know that I know that we can get back to our finest days again as a nation. I truly believe that if we will step into action, the best is yet to come. Join me in the journey. We are the history makers made for such a time as this! |

Amy J. Hawkins is a native of Jackson County, Michigan.
Residing in Michigan, she currently serves as Manager for her business Generation Strategies, LLC a communication and marketing group. She is chair of Police Week Michigan, a non-profit she started to build up support among citizens for Law Enforcement.
Her recent work, reaching nationwide, includes
Her background includes two decades in statewide politics in program development and management, developing multi-faceted strategic plans, event coordination and networking state and national leaders.
She has trained candidates, organized grassroots, written training materials, and led communication efforts for voters and influencers in the 2020-2021 and 2022 election season.
Amy’s passions include America, family, writing, reading, exploring in new communities, tracking down old books in antique shops, genealogy, networking, influencing the political arena, running, and drinking good coffee. Oh and let's not forget her absolute favorite: communicating!
